Who receives the consent and for what purpose
By selecting the separate checkbox in the form and clicking “Submit enquiry”, the user freely and knowingly gives individual entrepreneur Alim Kunakovich Tilov, taxpayer identification number 071000997261 and primary state registration number 313072023100051, consent to process personal data.
The purpose is to receive an accommodation enquiry for Hotel Alamat, check available options, price and conditions, contact the user and continue discussing a possible booking.
Data covered by the consent
The consent covers the user’s name, telephone number, check-in and check-out dates, numbers of adults and children, selected room category, preferred contact method and comment. If a comment contains another person’s data, the user confirms that they are entitled to provide it.
Permitted processing operations
The operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer to employees and technical services to the extent required for a response, block and delete the data, using automated and non-automated means.
An enquiry is stored in the restricted part of the website, and a notification may be sent to responsible employees through Telegram. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking and does not constitute consent to advertising messages, public disclosure of the data or an automatic payment.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until the processing purpose has been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless the law requires further retention. A withdrawal request can be made by telephone at +7 (928) 723-00-03, by email to hotel-alamat@mail.ru or through the hotel’s official Telegram account. The request must include enough information to locate the enquiry and verify the applicant’s identity.
