Check-in and check-out
- Standard check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00.
- Standard check-out is by 11:00.
- If you plan to arrive after 22:00, contact the administrator before 22:00 and provide your expected arrival time.
- Check-in after 23:00 is possible only with separate written confirmation from the administrator.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.
- The minimum stay is one night.
Booking and payment
- A booking is made through the hotel system after dates, a room and a rate have been selected.
- A booking is considered confirmed after the process has been completed successfully and a booking confirmation has been received.
- The current price, rate inclusions, included meals and payment procedure are shown after dates and a room have been selected.
- Cancellation, date-change and refund conditions are stated in the confirmation for the selected rate. If a guest cancels, only the expenses actually incurred that are provided for by law may be withheld.
- In the event of a no-show without notice, the hotel may release the room held for an unconfirmed late arrival and offer it to another guest.
Documents and guests
- A valid original identity document is required for every guest at check-in.
- Minors may be accommodated only with the documents and consents required by applicable law.
- Room keys must not be given to anyone who is not a registered guest.
- Unregistered visitors may not remain in a guest room after 23:00.
- The actual number of occupants must not exceed the capacity confirmed by the administrator.
Conduct in the hotel
- Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and shared indoor areas.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Skis, snowboards and other large equipment must be left in the designated storage area; clothing and footwear must be dried in the equipped drying room.
- Open flames, hazardous substances and faulty electrical appliances are prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for hotel property and must compensate for documented damage caused through their fault.
- If safety, order or the rights of other guests are affected, the hotel administration may require the infringement to stop and may contact the appropriate authorities.
